South Park 1/2 Pipe - The end?
The metal and wood 1/2 pipe in south park has been condemned and is due for removal any day now. This is mainly due to corrosion in the metal cross sections that sit on the ground. However we are going to fundraise to replace the ramp with something similar or even bigger if we can! To celebrate the ramp - here is a little vid of a couple of riders, Billy and Leo, ripping it up.

South Park : Who did this?
Over the weekend a car has been driven onto and burnt out on South Park skate park. The fire has seriously damaged the main riding area with pitting of the concrete.
Everyone is completely stunned and gutted.
If you know who did this please either contact us directly or call crime stoppers in confidence. We hope to offer a reward for info leading to a conviction and we will be both pressing the police to make arrests as well as working with the council to get it repaired.
Please if you have any info or would like to raise money for the repair please then contact us.
Special thanks to the guys who brought brushes down and cleaned up!

More info on the Bolly design ...
The breif was for a beginner/ intermediate park to complement the others in the area. This is what was delivered...
The team selected this design for a number of reasons. Firstly the site is tiny being ~20m wide, so not big enough for a street plaza type. Just big enough for a flowy park.
It had to work for bmx as well so there is a spine and a sharp hip and the rock in the center to stall on. The spine and stall rock are features that are unique and designed to complement the other parks. What do you think?

Bolly latest - redesign
The Bolly team was involved in the tender evaluation for Adlington Road last month - and after a really close run - the contract went to Wheelscape. In the end it came down to the quality of the design. Here are some pics. Should be finished by the summer.
